What is Your Returns Policy?
If something isn’t quite right and you need to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned in an unused perfect condition, along with original packaging including Authentication Card.

How Do I Return My Item?
You can return your items back to us via your chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a reputable courier with trackable service and retain proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items which are lost in transit.

Kindly note that your returns cost cannot be fully refunded. This includes Duties and Taxes paid on delivery.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
Refunds will take up to 10 working days and once accepted and processed, this will be credited to the account via your original payment method.
Can I Return a Bespoke, Discounted or Promotional Item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke, discounted or promotional items or gift cards.
I Have Returned My Items To ORYX, What Happens Now?
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email and we will begin to process your refund. To ensure this email doesn’t filter into your Junk/spam, please add support@oryxcrystalware.com as a contact. If you do not receive a confirmation email then please contact us at this same email address.
Can I Request An Exchange?
We do not offer exchanges. If you require an alternative item(s), we recommend returning the original product for a refund and then repurchasing.
